WEDNESDAY: MUCH LESS HARSH. Morning partial sunshine, followed by clouds and scattered P.M. showers…mainly north of Houlton.  Highs in the mid 50s. S winds 5 to 10 mph.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Rain developing. Lows in the upper 30s.

THURSDAY: Another soaking. Breezy again. Highs in the mid 40s
