BANGOR, Maine (AP) – University of Maine System trustees are meeting to consider a few changes. Trustees are reviewing a proposal Monday to move the University College Bath/Brunswick to Brunswick Landing, site of the former Brunswick Naval Air Station. Southern Maine Community College already has a campus there. Trustees also are considering an agreement to bring natural gas to the University of Maine at Farmington. They are also honoring former Trustee Charles O’Leary, who passed away on Jan. 3. Monday’s meeting is being held at the University of Maine System headquarters in Bangor. Trustees are responsible for seven campuses, some with multiple locations, along with eight outreach centers and 31 course sites.
