Katie here – this last session of B3 wrapped up on Sunday. Now, when I started this program I said that I had goals to be more confident, to love myself, and to trust myself. Of course achieving those goals can’t be accomplished in six weeks, but I feel like each and every day since I started, I get a little bit closer. I feel better about myself, I feel stronger, and I have more energy during the day. I feel like I’ve started a journey that I can’t wait to continue for the rest of my life – and I know that many of my classmates feel the same way.
