Katie here – we’ve passed the halfway point of this B3 session and so far I haven’t missed a class! The workouts are fantastic, and I feel good…but there is a whole other piece to the ‘getting in shape’ puzzle…and that’s the food. Like so many people, food has been a struggle for me my entire life. I’ve had highs and lows..but I’ve been working to change my habits and my decisions in the kitchen, all the time understanding that I’m never going to be perfect, but I can keep trying every single day.
