One person was seriously injured after a six-vehicle accident in Florenceville, New Brunswick. The accident happened late Thursday morning, shutting down the Trans-Canada Highway between Perth-Andover and Florenceville. According to the Fredericton Daily Gleaner, the accident involved four tractor-trailers and two passenger vehicles. One person sustained serious injuries, but the injuries don’t appear to be life threatening. One of the transports was carrying what is believed to have been crude oil and that did spill onto the road. Evironmental Officials were called in to assess the situation.
