State Police say a 15 year old girl missing from her home in Woodstock, Maine has been found safe.  Kiiya Foster was located in Norway, Maine early Monday morning by Norway Police, walking along a street.  She has been returned to her guardian’s home in Woodstock.  Foster went missing Saturday morning from her guardians residence.
