Fraser Papers is currently under CCAA filing or creditor protection and has decided to sell all of its mills, including several in Aroostook County. But that doesn't mean the mills aren't moving lumber. As Laura Thomas reports, the lumber market actually seems to be on the upswing in Masardis.
