Maine’s Tobacco-Use Report Card

The American Lung Association released it’s annual tobacco use report card.  Unfortunately, Maine didn’t fare so well.. scoring only one A, a C and two D’s… that’s a dramatic change from several years ago when the state had straight A’s.
