Mall Walking Fitness Friday

Last year, Kelly O’Mara took us on a journey to get more physically fit through her series Fitness Friday…and she’s back at it again this year.  In this first installment of her 12 part series, Kelly takes us for a walk…at the mall!

One last note, an average sized person walking for about 30 to 60 minutes can burn around 300 calories, just by walking the mall.  And Kelly will be back with another installment next Friday!
