The New Years Eve ball dropped about a month ago and since then some have dropped a ball of their own…keeping up with their New Years Resolutions, especially if that resolution was getting into shape. ┬áSo, NewsSource 8 reporter Kelly O’Mara spoke with an area fitness instructor for some tips on getting back into a regular workout routine.
