Madawaska Recreation Department is hosting a fundraiser for the Madawaska P.T.A.  Kids will pay a $ 2.00 admission fee, which will give them a bag of tokens to play carnival games with.  the will win more tokens and be able to spend them at our Halloween Mini Market.  we have over 30 carnival games set up, along with a few bouncy houses. The Madawaska P.T.A. will also be having a costume judging contest with prizes to be won.

The Summerfield Cemetery is hosting a Gospel Sing on Sunday evening, October 26, at 7:00 pm Atlantic Time. Musicians and singers include Claude Smith & Friends, Vera Doherty, Nila Carmichael, and others. The event will be held at the Summerfield United Church of Canada, Summerfield, NB. A freewill offering will be taken to assist with upkeep and maintenance of the Summerfield Cemetery. We are a Canadian Registered Charity and will issue receipts if desired.
