Haunted Halloween Walk

A group of Grand Isle parents is sponsoring a Haunted Halloween Walk for all kids ages from 1 to 95.  Kids under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.  Costumes optional.  Time & date:  Saturday, October 25 from 6 to 8 PM; Sunday, October 26 from 6 to 8 PM.  Location:  Grand Isle Boat Landing parking lot at the end of Traverse Street.  Admission is free but donations will be appreciated.  Candy, hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows will be available.  Maybe…

The Valley’s rock ‘n’ roll band, Boomer-ang, will play at the University of Maine Fort Kent Foundation sponsored fall performance on Sunday, October 26 at 2 p.m. at the University’s Fox Auditorium. Gospel Sing Fundraiser for the Summerfield Cemetery

The Summerfield Cemetery is hosting a Gospel Sing on Sunday evening, October 26, at 7:00 pm Atlantic Time. Musicians and singers include Claude Smith & Friends, Vera Doherty, Nila Carmichael, and others. The event will be held at the Summerfield United Church of Canada, Summerfield, NB. A freewill offering will be taken to assist with upkeep and maintenance of the Summerfield Cemetery. We are a Canadian Registered Charity and will issue receipts if desired.
