The common Core presentations will be held in St Agatha at Our Fathers Place, 276 Main Street. Thursday August 21 6pm.   and in Presque Isle on Saturday August 23 9am at Governors Restaurant. Dangers of an Article V Conention will be held at the Horn Restaurant 382 North Road, Houlton. Friday August 22 6pm Admission is free. Attendees may order for the menus. Allagash Wilderness Waterway Trip

ON August 23 – 24 the Caribou Parks and Recreation Department will take an overnight trip to the Allagash Wilderness Waterway. The fee is $75 and this trip is open to adults ages 18 and over. Guided Walking Tour of Historic Downtown Presque Isle

The Acadian Archives acadiennes of the University of Maine at Fort Kent will present the performance of “La Sagouine” by Viola Léger on Saturday, August 23 at 7 p.m. in the UMFK Fox Auditorium. Balloon Fest 5K Race/Run/Walk

A 5K Race/Run/Walk will be held on sunday, August 24th, starting at the Forum in Presque Ilse. Registration begins at 9 AM (fee is $10).
