DTV Information
At midnight on June 12th WAGM will sign off its Analog Channel 8 and its Digital Channel 16 for the final time. On June 13th WAGM will sign on a new, more powerful, Digital Channel 8 which will deliver a signal consisting of WAGM FOX 8.1 and WAGM CBS 8.2.
Viewers who use an antenna to receive WAGM will need to take steps to receive the new signal. If you currently have a good analog signal for Channel 8 you’ll just need to install a digital converter between your antenna and your television set. If your signal is weak or snowy you may also need to upgrade your antenna or purchase a signal booster.
If you currently watch WAGM in digital you will need to rescan your tuner or converter box to acquire the new WAGM digital signal.
