Friday has returned and so has Fitness Friday! Today, Kelly takes us for a dip in the pool…boot camp style!
And Patten does emphasis this workout is low impact on joints, though it is a solid workout….and one other benefit is you don’t leave feeling sweaty after you get out of the pool despite how hard you work.
