State Police have charged two young men with burglary following their arrests Tuesday in Plymouth, after a homeowner found them in his barn. The two men, James Field, 25, of Pittsfield and Jacob Graham, 18, of Hartland were taken into custody after troopers followed them into nearby woods tracking them with a police dog off Moosehead Trail. The investigation has revealed the two men are also responsible for five other daytime burglaries that took place this week in Pittsfield, St. Albans and Harmony. Recovered was a variety of household items, including a TV, ice auger, electronics, work boots and collectibles. The two were taken to the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor and have now been released on bail. All of the buildings entered were either vacant or the occupants were away.
