BANGOR, Maine (AP) – The trial of two men charged with killing three people in Bangor is quickly drawing to a close. The second of the defendants, Randall Daluz of Massachusetts, told the judge Tuesday that he won’t be testifying. Daluz also reiterated his view that he should’ve been tried separately. On Monday, defendant Nicholas Sexton of Rhode Island, testified that Daluz fired the fatal shots. Prosecutors say the killings stemmed from a drug dispute. Both men are charged with three counts of murder and one count of arson. The victims were 24-year-old Nicolle Lugdon of Eddington, who had ties to the County, 26-year-old Daniel Borders of Hermon, and 28-year-old Lucas Tuscano of Bradford. Prosecutors and defense lawyers have a final opportunity to convince jurors. Closing arguments were underway late Tuesday morning.
