Maine Public Safety Department spokesman Steve McCausland said state police, Waterville police, Skowhegan police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency assisted in the investigation.

Cummings, who’s unemployed and was living with his mother in Waterville, is due in court on Monday or Tuesday.
