Special Olympics Pioneer Passes Away
Maine Special Olympics Founder Mickey Boutilier has passed away. The 83 year old Boutilier died on Christmas Eve in Portland. Rene Cloukey takes a look at the impact Boutilier had on Special Olympics in Maine.
